Bucket Screen

Description

The solid construction of the bucket screen makes the screen in particular suitable for construction and demolition waste. The bucket screen uses a heavy-duty rubber carpet as the conveying and sealing element and the screen pockets, which form the buckets, are mounted to the surface of this carpet. The solid crossheads are mounted to its underside for the most efficient transmission of the movement of the drive drums to the bucketed belt. The drive is powered by two synchronised geared motors. The machine has been designed so that buckets open fully at their point of discharge, no material is able to jam in the machine thereby providing a safe and absolutely clog-free operation. This guarantees the reduction of downtime to a minimum and avoids the need for costly maintenance stops to clean the machine out.

Advantages

  • Absolutely jam-free operation guarantees continuous capacity performance
  • Option to sort material into several fractions through simple changes to the screening stages
  • Stationary and mobile plants available
  • Good accessibility for maintenance, inspection, cleaning and repair work
  • Reduced wear due to shock absorbers, sealing and omission of rigid guides
  • Hydraulic regulation of the screen gradient (optionally)
  • High specific screening capacity
  • Price / performance ratio makes the machine extremely viable.
