The Horizontal Screening Machine is used for the separation according to size of most different material mixtures. Due to the large horizontal and circular vibratory motion, a specially careful treatment of the material takes place. A raising or longitudinal fall-through of the screening material is entirely excluded.
The screened fractions are of extremely high quality as the total screening surface is used for the screening procedure. The installed swinging element provides a steady and almost noiseless screening and assures a high operational reliability due to its ease of maintenance and durability. Lateral screen flaps allow a simple and rapid screen change on all screening levels. The bursting surfaces provided against dust explosion in the inlet and outlet area are in conformity with current safety regulations and are adapted to the size of the screening box.
It is also possible to equip the screening box with a sprinkler system for fire protection. In order to prevent the clogging of fine screen, a beat-ball cleaning system is offered. This system forms a closed unit with the screen and can be easily exchanged with standard.
