Project description
This new construction and demolition waste sorting installation has been designed and installed for VEOLIA in France by Bezner Anlagen- und Maschinenbau GmbH.
Construction and Demolition waste and Construction and Industrial waste is fed by wheel loaders into this processing line with a capacity of 48 t/h. Wheel loaders do presorting to remove too large items and objects incompatible with the sorting line.
Drum screens, vibrating screens, optical sorters (NIR), windshifters, overband magnets and more than fifty (50) belt conveyors process the materials. Inerts, plaster, hard plastic, non ferrous metals, ferrous metals, plastic film, cardboard, wood and residue material are separated after processing.
