A company in Germany has built a commercial waste sorting plant together with Bezner which uses separation technology to sort certain recyclables from the material flow and store them temporarily in boxes.

The separation process is largely carried out manually, as the special nature of the material makes this appear to be the most advantageous method, +150 mm fraction.
The fine fraction smaller than 150 mm is further sorted by a drum screen, top belt magnet, air separator with foil separator, optical separator and NE separator to remove all other valuable residues.

Bezner Anlagen- und Maschinenbau received the order for delivery and installation of these conveyors and equipment.

Capacity of the sorting plant: 20 t/h mechanical throughput.
