Project description
Input material 3D:
Total: 1,9 tonnes per hour, which will be transported to a 271m3 Storage Bunker.
Output Bunker: 4,5 – 5,0 tonnes per hour, for separation of Ferrous and Non Ferrous materials and 3D plastics.
Unsorted material is discharged as RDF
Input material 2D:
Total: 3,5 tonnes per hour, which will be shredded and sorted in SRF (light fraction) and RDF (heavy fraction) material
Operation time of the plant: 12 hours per day
The 3D plastics, SRF and RDF material will be baled and film wrapped for further transportation and the offtake market.
